This is Preston City Council latest venture. Operating from the old fish market, right opposite the Covered Outdoor Market is a now regular flea market on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Its second hand goods only. No arguments its second hand, not damaged stock, not seconds in quality. Fee is £5 only if pre-booked or £10 on the day.
