This car boot sale is being run by local traders at a later time than traditional boot sales, with half the profits helping to regenerate trade in the area and the other half towards the local Scouts Association for the benefit of groups in the whole of the district. Charities can sell for free; pitches can be pre-booked (although it is not essential) and tables and clothes rails can be hired as long as they are also pre-booked.
